Bespoke  Healing

Tailored to suit you and your needs

After a brief chat to discuss your requirements, I will put together a truly unique experience, combining one or more methods that will work well together. We could also combine such techniques as Shamanic Healing techniques, which work with Spirit guides to heal the soul (sometimes known as Soul Retrieval) and Emmett Technique, which involves gentle pressure and movement, which could help improve balance, mobility and flexibility.
I can also bring in some Kinesiology, which is a blend of Chinese traditional medicine and uses a muscle testing technique to work with your mind, body, emotional and energy systems.

Shamanic Techniques

In the shamanic perspective, true healing — spiritual healing — cannot be done on a physical level. Healing means to return to wholeness, and returning to wholeness is purely an inside job. Spiritual healing addresses the root of the spiritual problems that can cause dis-ease in the body.

Shamans believe that even though they talk and access the spirit realm, all healing is self-healing. A shamanic healer knows how to move and manipulate the energy of another’s body and can pass wisdom through from the spirit realm, but true healing must take place inside the spirit of the individual.

In other words, a person must be willing and ready to take full responsibility for his or her own healing. There is no magic pill that lies outside of one’s spiritual body. A shaman can be an outstanding teacher and therapist, but will not give all of the answers. It is also important to note that shamanic healing is not to be a substitute for conventional medical or psychological services.

When it comes to shamanic healing, the Shaman essentially works in tandem with spirits, often called ‘helper spirits’, in the spiritual realms. They will ‘summon’ these spirits to repair a soul, who may then experience real, physical healing in the earth realm.

Shamanism is the most ancient spiritual and healing practice known to man. In fact, shamanism and shamanic healing date back to over 100,000 years and have been practiced all across the globe — well before our current technologies of communication were possible.

The word “shaman” comes from the Siberian Tungus tribe. It means “spiritual healer” or “one who sees in the dark.”

Shamans also teach that everything is spirited. They teach that all things are interconnected and alive, including (but certainly not limited to) the Earth itself, the stars in the sky, and even the wind in the air.

Emmett Technique

The EMMETT Technique is a unique form of body therapy.
It involves the application of light finger pressure at specific points, referred to as “Emmett points”.
The points are not the same as traditional trigger points or acupressure points or any other points described in any other therapy.
The pressure required to stimulate the EMMETT points does not need to be firm or painful. “No pain no gain” has no place in EMMETT Technique philosophy.
Although often combined with other techniques, the EMMETT Technique is an efficient and effective therapy on its own.
It works on gentle muscle release touch which is used to address issues of pain and dysfunction. ... It uses a combination of gentle switches and direct pressure to unlock muscle memory, release specific muscle groups, and allow the body to return to a state of balance.
