I'm a Holistic Therapist working in Newtown, Powys, I am a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing and through my practice, I aim to promote within my clients a sense of well-being in order to keep their mind, body and spirit healthy.

Range of Healing Therapies
Reiki Healing
Hands on or above the body healing system, good for pain management and de-stressing.
Seichim Healing
Hands on AND above the body healing system, good for mental and emotional matters including anxiety and depression.
Chakra and Aura Healing and cleansing
A healing therapy working on the body's energy systems to correct energy
blockages or disturbances.
Tibetan Acu Sound Therapy
A therapy which uses tuning forks, singing bowls and Tibetan chimes allowing the body to absorb vibration to clear blockages and energy fields.
Angelic Healing
A healing therapy which allows divine light to flow through you clearing your mind, body and soul of clutter allowing you to move forward.
Crystal Healing.
A healing in which crystals are placed on and around you to unblock, balance and direct energy to where it is most needed.
Access Bars Therapy
A process where 32 points on the head are gently touched, releasing negative thoughts and stresses which are locked up in your mind and body allowing for space to move forward in life.
Range of Massages and Treatments
Indian Head Massage
Seated massage of upper body, head and face. Eases migraine, shoulder pains and stress. includes short healing.
Full Body, Back, or Back and Leg Massage
A relaxing therapeutic massage to ease away your aches and pains.
Hot Stone Massage
A gentle deep tissue massage helps relieve muscle pain. A recommended treatment for Fibromyalgia.
Warm Bamboo Massage
Heated bamboo sticks provide gentle but deep tissue massage to improve blood circulation.
Sticks and Stones Massage
A combination of Hot-Stone and Warm Bamboo Massages as described above.
Thai Herbal Compress Massage
Heated, Scented compresses used on the body to improve the flow of chi and to relieve muscle pain.
Thai Foot Massage
A gentle slow massage of lower legs and feet uses reflex points on the feet.
Tibetan Hand and Arm Massage Ku Nye
Light massage to whole of arms and hands. Good for repetitive strain problems experienced by computer uses etc.
Crystal Wand Massage
Warmed Crystal wands, rolled onto the body. A very soothing massage that helps energise the body using the power of the crystals.
Ayurveda Facial Massage
A Holistic treatment using light pressure on marma points to release tension from facial muscles and help to relieve headaches etc
Hopi Ear Candling.
Helps relieve sinusitis, headaches, wax blockage, congestion. This treatment includes a mini facial to help drainage.
Hands and Feet Pamper Ritual.
A pampering warm wax treatment to soften your hands and feet followed by a gentle massage.

Bespoke healing sessions, where after a chat to discuss your requirements, I will put together a truly unique (Just for you) experience, combining one or more of either Shamanic, Emmett technique or Kinesiology.
